Kathryn Johnson is vice president, Corporate Services, for ConocoPhillips Canada (CPC), responsible for the Human Resources, Real Estate and Facilities Services and Communications and Community Investment functions.

She joined ConocoPhillips in 2004 as an HR business partner and has held various roles in Bartlesville, Houston and Alaska.  

During her tenure at ConocoPhillips, Johnson has held several HR leadership roles within the HR Shared Services, Employee Relations and HRBP teams. She has also led and is an active member of the HR Talent Management Team.   

In 2018, Johnson moved to the Alaska business unit where she served as vice president, Human Resources. Most recently, she was the HRBP business manager for Corporate and Technical Functions, based in Houston.  

Johnson obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Houston and a master's degree in industrial organizational psychology from Kansas State University. She also holds a Global HR (GPHR) Certification and a Senior Professional HR (SPHR) Certification.
