For many years, ConocoPhillips Canada staff have been proud to support the Calgary Drop-In Centre by volunteering monthly to serve lunch to DI clients.

From a distance, our staff at our Surmont operation near Fort McMurray got creative and found a way to make an impact too. By donating gently used work coveralls, steel-toed boots and other PPE, 80 men and women living at the DI now have the clothing they need to secure employment in the trades.

Watch the video below to hear from James Makowecki, ConocoPhillips Canada’s VP Low Carbon, Sustainable Development and External Affairs, about the importance of giving back to the community.
