Operations and Capital Execution
Stephen Bradley is vice president, Operations and Capital Execution for ConocoPhillips Canada.
In this role, Bradley has responsibility for Production Operations, Drilling, Completions, Projects and Supply Chain.
Bradley began his career as an operations engineer with ARCO Alaska in 1988. He held various Operations and Drilling engineering positions in Anchorage before moving to the North Slope in 1994. He assumed several Wells, Drilling, and Operations leadership positions in Kuparuk and Prudhoe Bay until 2003, when he transferred to Borger, Texas as the operations manager responsible for ConocoPhillips’ upstream assets in the Panhandle of Texas and Oklahoma.
In 2004, Bradley was seconded to the Cuu Long Joint Operating Company in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, as the operations manager responsible for the company’s offshore assets. He returned to Alaska in 2008 as the operations manager for the Greater Kuparuk Area.
In 2014, Bradley relocated to Calgary, Alberta to assume the role of vice president, Operations, in the Western Canada Business Unit. In February 2017, he took on the same role in the Oil Sands Business Unit, before assuming his current responsibilities in May 2017.
Bradley earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University in 1987.
