- Due to high volume of requests, we cannot respond to telephone enquiries regarding particular requests; however, we appreciate your invitation to participate in your organization’s initiative and will notify all applicants not approved for donations by email.
- Those that are accepted should receive notification, either by phone or regular mail, within four to six weeks.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE FOLLOWING do not meet conocophillips canada's POLICY:
- Sectarian religious organizations, except accredited schools under the Education Matching and Community Service Programs
- Contributions to individuals
- Political organizations or candidates for political office
- Promotional marketing/advertising items
- Organizations without a charity or non-for-profit designation
Contributions to the following are discouraged:
- Alumni and fraternal association
- Capital building programs (except for key community infrastructure needs)
- Endowments (except endowed chairs or professorships in selected universities)
- Memberships in business, trade or professional organizations
