Life Insurance	ConocoPhillips provides basic employee life insurance equal to two times annual salary. ConocoPhillips provides basic dependent life insurance - $5,000 for spouse - $2,000 per child. You can supplement your company paid life insurance protection by purchasing voluntary coverage for yourself, spouse or child.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance	ConocoPhillips provides basic AD&D insurance equal to two times your annual salary. You can supplement your company paid AD&D insurance protection by purchasing voluntary coverage for yourself, spouse or child.
Occupational Accidental Death Insurance	Coverage is provided by ConocoPhillips.
